A team of several designers works in Telegram groups per project. Questions about building codes, tasks and decisions were getting lost in the chats.
A grammY bot with a Claude agent lives in every group: the “Ask Zhora” topic answers from the knowledge base and Drive documents, the “Tasks” topic turns messages into task cards, and a digest arrives every morning. Heavy requests run on a worker on the owner's machine, with no server and without moving the knowledge base to the cloud.
