- What we did
The Korosten sawmill is a live production with 21 departments and hundreds of employees. We took the operational skeleton from the holding's platform and designed the production domain from scratch together with the technologists.
The platform tracks everything from raw logs to finished products, the HR module keeps the staffing table and vacancies, and product analytics runs without session recording, so financial and HR data stays inside.
